No two people meet
complexity in the
same way.
The same system can feel ordinary to one person and overwhelming to another. The same answer can clarify, or confuse.
Babete begins with that. Not with the complexity alone. With the person in front of it.
Civil Code
Direct access to legislation applicable to horizontal property and condominium management.
Assemblies
Rules for convocation, deliberative quorums, and minutes for condominium meetings.
Quotas & Expenses
Calculation of shares, reserve funds, and debt management.
Protection
A babete protects before the mess arrives. It is simply there, between vulnerability and exposure.
